She leads you in a series of elegant and simple activities designed to open your senses, nourish your soul, and connect your heart to others. You explore breath by breath, and moment by moment your divine embodiment and playfulness. Charla weaves a sacred, safe place where you exercise ?choice? and practice staying present with whatever feelings come up.

A Puja is an ancient ritual celebrating the Spark of the Divine in each of us. At different stations and with different partners (if you choose) the facilitator orchestrates brief encounters designed to develop your attention, your curiosity, your spontaneous child and compassionate adult into fuller consciousness. You appreciate each moment and each unique partner as an aspect of your Divine Self.
